Job Description

What You'll Do:

We are seeking a Finance Intern in our Minnetonka, MN office. We are looking for someone who wants hands-on finance experience in a fast-growing global ecommerce company, while utilizing their financial, technical and interpersonal skillsets. You will be responsible for contributing to value-added financial projects, and given exposure to business leaders, various finance teams, mentors, and subject matter experts.

Analyzing and evaluating P&L results, financial business support, reporting and comprehensive modelling Proactive recommendation and implementation of forecasting and reporting process improvements Supporting ad hoc projects across the CFO Organization Assuming ownership of the existing Excel financial models/tools and driving process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy Presenting insights to stakeholders via PowerPoint

Qualifications

What You'll Need:

Required:

BA in Accounting or Finance Solid understanding of accounting and GAAP principles Strong leadership skills  Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated and driven to succeed Well-organized and detail orientated Advanced Excel skills Strong PowerPoint skills

Preferred: 

CPA  MBA program enrollment
