Family Recovery Court Case Manager

Clark County (Indiana) Circuit Court 4 is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Case Manager. A detailed job description is attached.
In summary, the Case Manager will act as an advocate and support to the participants of Family Recovery Court (FRC) and work directly with families involved with the Department of Child Services (DCS).
The qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree and related work experience.
The Case Manager will work independently under the supervision of the Circuit Court 4 Judge and Magistrate.
Responsibilities, Knowledge and Skills, listed in detail on the job description, include: principles and practices of case management; characteristics of substance use disorder and mental illness; fundamentals of the Criminal Justice System; data entry and maintenance of client files; monitor FRC and DCS compliance; collaborate with a team; identify and recommend resources for participants and attend court and meetings as required; administer grant-required interviews; facilitate group activities.
Some travel is required including to conferences. The usual hours and days are Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Some evening availability may be required. Comp time and the ability to flex time will be provided for hours worked outside of normal business hours.
Salary above the minimum is negotiable based on experience in a related field.
