JOB SUMMARY:
Provides technical expertise in energy efficiency practices for new construction homes, trains team members and customers, and manages a team of Field employees focused on delivering superior customer service, high inspection quality, and employee productivity and revenue levels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Works directly with customers, conducts kick-off and ongoing meetings, provides technical expertise as it relates to company service offerings, presents inspection findings and trend Provides technical recommendations to satisfy company expectations, customer needs, and program requirement Conducts candidate interviews, hires/releases, onboards, coaches, trains/certifies, and develops team members; searches for independent contractor candidates, and presents service agreement and negotiates pricing Leads and supports a team of employees to meet and exceed revenue, productivity, accuracy, and overall performance levels Instructs and enforces operational procedures and protocols Identifies operational inefficiencies and streamlines processes Coordinates and provides training, equipment, and vehicle needs for team members Communicates employee training sign-off and qualifications for scheduling purposes Corresponds effectively and promptly via email, phone, virtual and in-person meetings Conducts staff meetings, updates team members with new information, reviews processes and procedures, shares results from the QA team Takes the initiative to resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and escalates to the Vice President of Operations as appropriate Performs inspection services per RESNET requirements, specific program guidelines, and energy code Uses available data and analytics to manage the areas employees, independent contractors, and customers; makes informed decisions, and consults with the Vice President of Operations as needed Conducts energy efficiency testing (Home Infiltration, Duct Leakage, etc.) using specialized equipment at new construction homes; performs diagnostic testing and provides recommendations to the customer Performs quality check and moisture management (M2QC) program inspections at new construction homes Lifts and carries equipment and supplies up to 55 lbs. from the vehicle into the customers home Climbs ladders and stairs, enters attic space, crawl space, and basements as applicable Prepares the house for inspection/testing as per the standards Captures required indoor and outdoor photos Documents inspection results and photographs and submits within set deadlines Communicates failure items and recommendations as appropriate Maintains employee attendance records and time-off Ensures employees follow safety practices and adhere to company standards; completes incident reports as needed Manages performance evaluations and appraisals for employees Performs other duties as assigned Adheres to all company policies and proceduresADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Creates presentations and training documents as needed Attends meetings and industry events as needed Travels when required in support of the above functions Obtains and retains certifications as existing or when new opportunities arise Maintains the vehicle, equipment, and supplies in good condition Adheres to RESNET standards Collaborates and assists with employee cross-training initiatives (across companies) Monitors revenue generation by region; partners with central scheduling and the sales team as appropriate to maximize revenue generation potentialKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required Background in residential construction, HVAC, municipal code inspections, surveying, or related experience is preferred Current RESNET HERS Rater certification (in good standing with RESNET) or must obtain within 6 months of employment start ENERGY STAR Certified (Residential and Multi-Family), WaterSense, Indoor Air Plus required FGBC (required for Managers in Florida) Proven managerial experience of 15 plus employeesWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
