ABOUT THE JOB:

As a team member, you are responsible for upholding the culture, community connections, and operations of the restaurant set forth by our Purpose Statement. You will inspire, engage, and motivate each other by living our FRESH values.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Be a role model of the FRESH Core Values, including all communication.
• Educate yourself, practice, and uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Be dependable, people oriented, and flexible.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Repetitive hand and arm movements, grasping, bending, and reaching
• Responsible for moving or lifting an average of 30-50 pounds
• Exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, cooking equipment, etc.)
• Safe and proper handling of knives, kitchen utensils, and equipment
• Maintain a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes; cleaning equipment
• Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards
• Ability to follow recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, carving, and serviing food items which may include meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food products
• Manage and perform stock counts, date, rotate, and temperature checks of products
