Summary
This is a leadership role where you’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring our commercial sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will use your expertise to develop sales strategies, coach your team, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. Additionally, you’ll identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the commercial market, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients by understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue growth and market penetration, keeping informed about industry trends and competitors. You will also ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining strong relationships with clients and working closely with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Responsibilities
Facilitate commercial fleet sales by coordinating transactions between businesses and dealerships. Oversee the transportation and distribution of fleet vehicles to ensure smooth operations. Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities within the commercial fleet market. Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Qualifications
Requirements
Demonstrated success in automotive commercial sales, with a proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the capacity to inspire, guide, and support a high-performing sales team. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to foster and maintain strong customer relationships. Analytical thinker with a talent for identifying market trends, interpreting sales data, and crafting effective sales strategies. Proficient in CRM systems and sales software for managing leads, tracking pipelines, and generating comprehensive reports. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.Benefits
