Lead Roving Technician

Responsibilities
: Coordinate with Project Manager and Commissioning Manager to represent SolBank responsibilities. Review and coordinate SolBank commissioning schedule and forecast necessary manpower. Allocate contracted workers per the schedule requirements and manage their funding and onboarding. Train new Service Technicians to be able to commission SolBank. Place QR codes on SolBank and register them in the CMMS. Train technicians and contractors on CMMS and proper usage. Represents Services as site lead for new projects and drives scheduling, safety and environmental compliance. Works with Field Service Supervisors to ensure effective transition to Operations. Act as field technical advisor for Service Technicians, Field Supervisors and Service Department. Responds to situations that arise during SolBank transit to include repairs and damage assessment. Assist in Procedure development and continuous improvement efforts. Perform training exercises in the field for Service Technicians supporting commissioning and maintenance activities. Provide onsite diagnostic, troubleshooting and hands on support to maintain equipment and achieve availability and capacity guarantees. Develop operating procedures and processes. Adhere to all health and safety rules and policies. Complete other duties and projects as assigned.Required Qualifications and Skills:
QualifiedElectricalTechnician Minimum 5years’relevantworkexperienceinaserviceenvironmentpreferablyinrenewable energy OSHA 30Certified Proficient in converting technical data into technical manuals and procedures. Previoustrainingandknowledge ofinverters SCADA experience isbeneficial. Knowledgeof general andnational codes,medium voltagepowersystems andEnergyStorage systemapplicationsisanasset. Excellentverbal andwrittencommunicationskills DemonstratedproficiencyusingMS OfficeApplications (Word, Excel) Previousexperiencewith aCMMSsoftwareprogrampreferred. Mustpossess avalid driver’s licensewithacleandrivingrecord. FirstAidTrained Mustbeableto travel toregional locationsasneeded(over50%of time) Abilitytofunctionsuccessfullyboth independentlyandwithinateam. Demonstratedprofessionalappearanceandconduct.Compensation & Benefits:
