The Channel Strategy & Programs, Advisor works closely with our strategy, sales, and business unit teams to identify key strategies and programs that will help meet Zebra’s overall goals. This role will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing channel programs tailored to the most effective channel and methods available to meet the needs of targeted customers in North America and Latin America. Working cross-functionality this role is responsible for creation, execution and on-going measurement for channel programs ensuring the program continues to meet Zebra’s company goal.

 


Responsibilities:
  • Partners with Strategy, Portfolio, Vertical, Business Units, and Sales teams to create a channel ecosystem strategy both near and long term based on market requirements.
  • Responsible for alignment of development strategies with long term PartnerConnect program strategy.
  • Responsible for cross-team program alignment and priority management.
  • Partners closely with the Global Pricing Team to ensure Zebra has a competitive partner margin proposition for new channel segments.
  • Owns development of the business requirements to provide guidance to operations teams needed to operationally support new partner segments.
  • Leads the development of an approach to enable new partner program participation and contracts.
  • Coordinates implementation through the regions.
  • Defines overall metrics for channel program components, sets measurement cadence, and provides recommendations for enhancements, improvements, or changes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline
  • 8+ years in marketing with emphasis on channel development/strategy with complex channel ecosystems
  • Able to travel 10% annually

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Able to work a hybrid schedule out of Lincolnshire, IL or Holtsville, NY

 

Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven understanding of channel and sales processes, systems, tools
  • Strong strategist, with a good sense for practicalities and how to operationalize
  • Proven strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Demonstrates high degree of initiative and complex problem-solving skills
  • Strong matrix management skills, team leadership skills, and ability to facilitate change and engage others in execution of strategic goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications
  • Comfortable working with field resources, C-Suite, and external business owners
  • Good presentation skills
  • Ability to handle negotiations effectively

Salary: USD 117700.00 - USD 176500.00 Yearly


Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
