LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:  

·       Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physician

·       Daily documentation

·       Transcribe physicians’ orders to MAR’s.

·       Notify pharmacy of new orders.

·       Other duties as directed by charge nurse, director of nursing, and Administrator

LPN- Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications: 

·       Active, unencumbered New Jersey LPN license 

·       New graduates encouraged to apply Training and support provided.

·       Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required. 

·       Perform all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
