JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
BS in Electrical or Chemical engineering. Must have a minimum of 4 years experience in the oil and gas or chemical industries supporting instrumentation in a plant environment. Must possess strategic and creative thinking abilities. Must possess interactive skills necessary for teamwork building. This position acts as the focal point for Analyzer reliability and works closely with the process, mechanical & technical groups for solution building. Must possess good judgment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess computer skills needed for communications and analysis. Have knowledge of analyzers: CEMS, Gas Chromatography, Spectroscopy and sample system design. Have knowledge of: PLC/HMI systems, DCS systems, data acquisition systems. Have knowledge of industry standards: NEC, NFPA, API and ISA.
