Job Overview:
The main function of a Data Analyst is to coordinate changes to computer databases, test, and implement the database applying knowledge of database management systems.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Work with senior management, technical and client teams in order to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage and analysis strategies
- Write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions
- Design, implement, automate and maintain large scale enterprise data ETL processes
- Modify existing databases and database management systems and/or direct programmers and analysts to make changes
- Test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications
- Experience using adobe, Tealium and tag manager tools (digital analytics tools) 5+ YOE
- Social media tags and campaign tags 5+ YOE
- Experience providing optimization recommendations regarding content and campaign analysis 5+ YOE
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field
- 5-7 years applicable experience
- Must have experience using Tealium products (IQ, EventDB) and Adobe Analytics product suite (Experience Manager, Test & Target, Adobe Campaign)
- Experience using other MarTech tools such as Adobe, Google Analytics, MS Clarity, ComScore Survey Data, Marketo, and other email platforms
- Must have experience performing website, demand gen, and campaign analysis to be able to provide optimization recommendations (campaign landing pages, CTAs, demand gen strategies, A/B tests)
- Must have strategic, thought leadership when gathering business requirements to translate them into technical and implementation requirements for engineering teams
- Experience with database technologies
- Knowledge of the ETL process
- Knowledge of at least one scripting language
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated history of success
- Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions
- Familiar with tagging debugging tools to help validate if tags are firing as expected on pages and can provide feedback and recommendations to Implementation Engineer.
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $55.05 - $58.05 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
