Department Overview

 

Position Summary

Oversees the creation and maintenance of electric compliance programs aswell as the audit and quality activities for program monitoring andgovernance. Leads the creation, maintenance, and oversight of activitiesfor both external regulatory compliance requirements and internalcompany requirements. Oversees the data warehousing and analysis relatedto compliance and the audit activities for monitoring and governance.Ensures that work is done consistent with procedures and guidelines andthat group objectives are met.

 

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the regulatory compliance of department’s programs, which includes meeting with Legal, Regulatory Relations and regulatory agencies, supporting and responding to regulatory investigations, data requests and notice of violations, and working with regulators and other LOBs on regulatory rule changes and supporting processes.

 

Qualifications

Minimum:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experienceExperience in electric utility, 8 years

Desired:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent experiencePMI-Project Management Institute PMP-Project Management Professional certificationPE-Professional Engineer licenseLSS-Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificationNERC-North American Electric Reliability Corporation System Operator certification
