Position:  Director of Nursing ( DON )

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all nursing operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. Develop and implement nursing standards, policies, and procedures in line with regulatory requirements. Lead and mentor the nursing staff, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Manage budgets, staffing, and resource allocation for the nursing department. Stay updated on the latest nursing best practices, technologies, and regulatory changes. Handle patient concerns and grievances, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and expertise.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing. Significant experience in nursing management, preferably in a similar healthcare setting. Demonstrated leadership skills and a track record of clinical excellence. Profound commitment to patient care and continuous improvement. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
