Team Rehab is a network of therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy clinics in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Georgia.
Our mission is to provide the best outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. We want our patients to enjoy therapy and experience clear improvements in their health. Our clinics receive the highest levels of patient satisfaction and our patients receive the best objectively measurable outcomes. Our strategy, based on excellent quality and patient satisfaction, is gaining momentum. Since opening our first clinic in 2001, we have grown across Michigan and into Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. We continue to open additional clinics in order to make physical, occupational and speech therapy even more accessible to our patients, their friends and their families.

Responsibilities
As a 2IC you will have seven key responsibilities.
You will continue the responsibilities outline in your offer letter for staff PT. Managing the technicians’ schedules (writing new schedules, covering time off, etc) Helping with mentorship and discipline of the technicians Ordering supplies and keeping the clinic well stocked. Helping ensure the clinic is up to date with Medicare compliance. Listening to complaints, handling concerns and incidents when your director is not in the clinic. Continuing to market yourself, your clinic, and team rehab in general. You will also be responsible for any special duties, which the clinic director delegates to you.
The Rewards
The reward for taking on these added responsibilities is performance based. If the clinic reaches its targets for monthly bonus, you will receive twice the bonus of a full-time staff PT ($700).
