Performs daily inventory counts such as routine counts, cycle counts, and physical inventoriesMaintain accurate records of all inventors; handle all paperwork and follow all SOPs to meet this goalAccounts for all branch one defective or damaged products and follows with appropriate corrective actionInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepanciesManages and accounts for proper slotting of products based on velocity recordsEndures inventory accuracy by location/productCompletes product moves/adjustmentsMakes recommendations to DC Supervisor and/or Manager on programs to improve inventory managementAdjust records for discrepancies and take steps to correct and prevent discrepanciesPerforms velocity movies based on business needsOrganizes and maintains cycle counting schedulesFollows reporting matrixes for inventory adjustmentsPerforms part number transfers per provided guidelinesPerforms other inventory duties as given by management

Requirements

Clerical skills: Computer Skills/Data entry, strong attention to detail.Stable and steady work history in a distribution center or warehouse.Punctual with good attendance.Takes an active interest in meeting the needs of the business as communicated by supervisors and managers.Must be fluent in written and spoken English.Forklift certification preferred
