Job Description:
As a Licensed Home Inspector at Redbud, you will conduct detailed inspections according to our established processes, prepare comprehensive reports, and present findings to clients and real estate partners. This role also involves marketing our services, particularly when entering new markets. If you are technically adept, have a trades background, and possess a friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills, you could be perfect for this role.

Responsibilities:


  • Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties.
  • Prepare detailed inspection reports.
  • Present findings to clients and real estate partners.
  • Market inspection services to real estate partners, especially in new markets.
Qualifications:


  • Must hold a current Oklahoma Home Inspection license.
  • Technical aptitude and a background in trades preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.
Experience:


  • No prior inspection experience required; comprehensive training provided.
Compensation:


  • Inspections are compensated on a per-job basis.
  • Paid training period.
  • Typical full-time annual earnings range from $52,000 to $84,000, dependent on experience, availability, and market conditions.
  • Benefits include a 401(k) with employer matching.
