YoullNeed toHave:

• DDS/DMDDegree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) orDoctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree along with an active andunrestricted license in the state ofOklahoma.

PhysicalRequirements:

• Tuberculosis(TB) Testing: As part of our commitment tomaintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team membersand patients a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hiresin dental office positions. This is a standard requirement fordental office roles and must be completed prior to startingemployment. The test will be arranged during the preemploymentprocess and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided.Not applicable in the state of FL &TN.
