Sales Auditor Analyst

GENERAL POSITION PURPOSE:
The Sales Auditor Analyst role will be responsible for review, reconcile, and improve daily sales results, cash, & commission figures. You make recommendations for improvements, corrections as necessary, and communicate with our salesforce to achieve accurate sales reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Essential Job Functions:
- Identifies root cause sale & commission issues
- Prepares reports for distribution to salesforce, and field and corporate management
- Researches, resolves, and prevents inaccurate transactions
- Performs daily auditing of store sales & commission
- Submit for correction and reimbursement as necessary
- Communicates and make recommendations to our salesforceand operations teams to ensure accurate sales and areas for improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of on the job experience
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Routinely reads interprets, and analyzes financial reports, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and/or governmental/legal regulations.
- Routinely writes complex detailed reports and business correspondence.
- Routinely analyzes and defines problems, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions.
- Able to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, etc.).
- Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions/information in mathematical or diagram forms and deals with several abstract and non-concrete variables
- Makes day-to-day and/or daily decisions used to support strategic direction
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
- Typically works in a general office environment. Overtime hours as needed.
- Must be able to work in Fishers, IN office at least 3 days a week and or more if needed/requested.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Able to sit up to 90% of the time.
- Able to stand and/or walk over 10% of the time
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Travels less than 5% of the time, including overnight.
