Telecommunications Analyst

OVERVIEW:

Working as Full-time Telecommunications Analyst, you will coordinate telecom add, move and change requests for Fastenal Branches & Warehouses. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Providing telecommunications support for the branches and warehouses
o Coordinating add, move and changes for telephone lines and internet connections
o Working directly with telephone companies and internet providers
o Assisting with other telecom related projects when required
o Paying and auditing invoices from telecom carriers

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
o Work independently as well as in a team environment

o Pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Previous customer service experience
