Warehouse Teammate II / Receiver 3rd shift

Shift: Monday - Friday, 11pm - 7am plus mandatory overtime as required

Pay: $19.25 includes 10% shift differential

$3000 retention bonus [ $500 at 90 days, $1000 at 6 months and $1500 at 1 year]

Job Summary:

Primarily responsible for the preparation and transport of raw materials in support of kitting production. This will include following pick tickets for location assigned to each work order, ensuring correct counts of each component are picked, staging pallets for WTM1 to debox, building sterilization loads onto trucks, stocking received components into warehouse, accurate and timely receiving of materials.

Core Responsibilities:

- Places safety first. Follows all procedures and policies. Self corrects issues and or reports to management immediately when required.  Ensures the accuracy of all receiving documents.

- Understands and follows all company policies, procedures and objectives.

- Assures that receiving counts match BOL and purchase order documents and assists in resolving any discrepancies.

- Notifying any receiving issues pertaining to packing list/BOL and product issues to WTM III.

- Conveys components from storage racks to staging areas or to other designated areas for accumulation/debox.

- Uses work order pick ticket to ensure components are retrieved from correct warehouse locations.

- Verifies correct part number, lot number, and expiration date of the component matches the pick ticket.

- Weighs or counts components to ensure quantities match pick ticket.

- Signs and dates each pick ticket after completion.

- Able to perform pick confirmations and inventory movements.

- Performs cycles counts when required.

- Conveys confirmed cases from production to the sterilization staging area.

- Accumulates and tops off pallets to proper height for sterilization, shrink wraps each skid, removes each confirmation sheet from the pallet, and denotes which pallet number/PO the product is being shipped against.

- Conveys both internal and external R-REC & 902 products to empty locations in the warehouse completing material transfer sheet and turning into WTM III.

- Performs daily material handling equipment inspection and changes/charges battery as needed.

- Performs WTM I duties as business needs dictate.  Performs additional duties as directed.

- Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.

Education and Qualifying Experience:

- High School diploma, GED or equivalent required.

- Ability to obtain and maintain valid Mobile Equipment Operators License.

- Meets all Standards of Performance and Position requirements for WTM I.

Equipment, Tools, and Work Aids:

- Material handling equipment (to include items such as: hand truck, forklift/reach trucks, cherry pickers), stretch wrap machines, safety knives, safety harnesses. Printers, RF Scanners, Computers and digital scales.

- OSHA approved Protective Footwear.
