Position Reappointment Required No Job Duties Essential Duties and Responsibilities Designs and oversees training for a specified training group of 10-15 student-athletes. Responsible for season planning, implementing training schedule, practice writing, and coaching of each training session for that group. Meets individually with student-athletes within training group as needed about athletic performance, as well as academic and personal matters. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Plans and coordinates team travel logistics, lodging, and meals for all trips. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Orders and manages team equipment and apparel each year. Tracks expenses and works with administration in order to best manage available budget and utilize discounts, value-in-kind, and agreements with brand/business partners. Recommends individuals for swimming & Diving scholarships. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participates in the collection and analysis of tactical and statistical dates of opponents/teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Rules Compliance is a central element in personnel matters for employees within the Department of Athletics and for those employees outside the Department of Athletics who are involved in NCAA rules compliance activities.
