What We Are LookingFor:

We are looking for anexperienced and driven Leasing Manager to oversee our residentialleasing operations. The Leasing Manager will be responsible formanaging the leasing team developing leasing strategies andensuring high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. This rolerequires excellent leadership communication and organizationalskills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience inleasing or residential property management with a proven trackrecord of success.
  • Has an active Arizona RealEstate License
  • Strong leadership and teammanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in propertymanagement software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.

What YoullDo:
LeasingManagement:

  • Overseedaily leasing office operations.
  • Developstrategies to achieve occupancy and revenuegoals.
  • Analyze market trends and adjuststrategies as needed.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead train and mentor the leasingteam.
  • Conduct performance evaluations andprovide feedback.

Customer Service:

  • Address tenant inquiries and concernspromptly.

Marketingand Outreach:

  • Developand execute marketing plans to attract newtenants.

AdministrativeDuties:

  • Manage leasingpaperwork including agreements andrenewals.
  • Maintain accurate records andreports.

FinancialManagement:

  • Monitorrental rates and recommend adjustments.
  • Assistin budget preparation and financialreporting.

PropertyInspections:

  • Conductregular property inspections.
  • Coordinate withmaintenance and property management teams to addressissues.
