Job Description 
A Quality Assurance Assistant works to ensure that procedures adhere to an organization’s quality standards and regulations.

This is an office position with work hours on Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day with occasional need for flexible work hours and occasional travel and/or work outside the office. 

Responsibility
  • Conducting regular inspections to assess procedure quality.
  • Reviewing documentation related to quality processes.
  • Coordinating with staff and managers to maintain and improve procedure.
  • Developing reports on procedures and discrepancies. 
  • Documenting audit findings and discrepancies in clear and concise reports.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop a comprehensive strategy for effective operatiions.
  • Maintain Corporate Compliancy and Franchisee agreements. 
  • Maintain California Compliancy 
  • Maintain Company policies and SOPs. 
  • Conduct Internal Audits
  • Implement Corrective and Preventive Actions
Qualifications
  • Full dining service environment work experience. (minimum of 2 years)
  • Detail-oriented and have the ability to delegate responsibility as needed.
  • Understand and follow state and federal labor laws.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Effective communication and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in Japanese or Portuguese a plus.
