"> Completion of High School Diploma/GED, along with a minimum of two years of experience in the hospitality sector; Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. Comprehensive understanding of hospitality industry principles, practices, and techniques. Proficient in utilizing various computer software applications. Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Strong command of proper business English, encompassing spelling, grammar, and punctuation, both in verbal communication and written correspondence via email. Skilled in employing effective techniques for interacting with individuals from diverse socio-economic, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds, whether in-person or via telephone communication. Familiarity with local area amenities, activities, and events.
