PAI Fusion Analyst

With the critical decisions made every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that.

As a Publicly Available Information (PAI) Intelligence Analyst, you will use your intelligence research, collection, and analysis experience and your attention to detail to provide a critical DoD client with actionable intelligence and context needed to support national level mission-sets. If you have strong analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and tactical-level intelligence experience we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you’ll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and fuse information across all intelligence disciplines to provide the customer top-tier intelligence support. You’ll validate information and develop OSINT tradecraft as you build assessments to support special operations warfighters in their mission execution.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, including developing research plans, collection plans and risk assessments

  • Experience with PAI analytic principals

  • Experience with OSINT-driven HUMINT targeting, threat actor enumeration, entity extraction, pattern analysis, profile development across various PAI sources, and the exploitation of social media and open-source sites

  • Experience with conducting advanced entity identification and targeting through geospatial, identity extraction, pattern analysis, and profile development across various PAI data sources.

  • Experience with advanced search techniques, information databases, data visualization, and related tools, and with providing direct analytical support to operations

  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and intelligence analytical techniques including trend pattern analysis, geospatial analysis, link analysis, and network or social network analysis

  • Ability to work flexible work shifts if needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with supporting the special operations community

  • 1+ years of experience with forward deployed locations supporting SOF

  • Experience with collecting, translating, and analyzing PAI derived from open-source research in foreign languages, leverages translation programs for expedited research and language SMEs for accurate analysis.

  • Experience with outreach across the DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) at conferences and symposiums to exchange innovative OSINT techniques, developing tools, and providing policy analysis to meet mission requirements effectively

  • Knowledge of network analysis tools, including Analyst Notebook and Palantir and intel-related databases, including RMT, TAC, NCTC, Online, TIDE, and DX SIGINT Database and GAP Analytics and FADE, and MIST

  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, National Security, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or a related field preferred; Master's degree in Intelligence, National Security, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, or a related field a plus

  • Attended and Completed the Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC)

  • Completion of OS301 Basic Open-Source Intelligence Course, OS302 Intermediate OSINT Tools and Tradecraft Course, and OS303 Advanced OSINT Tradecraft Course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
