Now hiring a qualified Corrections RN / Registered Nurse in Portland, OR

RN Pay:
  • Weekly Pay: $2680.00 on 40 hours = $1320.00 Stipend + $34.00/hour
  • OT Rate: $97.50/hr after 40 hours.
  • Weekly Direct Deposit every Friday.
  • W2 position with benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
  • + Travel bonus to assignment.

Schedule and Timeline:
  • Start Dates: 5/20, 5/27, or 6/3.
  • Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
  • 40 hours per week with potential to pick up OT.
  • 8-hour Day/Mid shifts.

Corrections RN Job Details:
  • Provide healthcare services to inmates.
  • Conduct health assessments, screenings, and medical evaluations.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations according to physician orders and established protocols. 
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, documenting all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes. 
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to stabilize patients in critical situations. 
  • Educate inmates about health issues, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to improve their overall well-being. 
  • Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs within the correctional facility. 
  • Treat inmates for chronic health issues, trauma, infection, and substance abuse.
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of patient care. 
  • Collaborate with correctional staff to address security concerns while delivering patient care. 

Corrections RN / Registered Nurse Qualifications:
  • Corrections-related experience required.
  • Oregon RN License in good standing.
  • Active BLS.
  • Clean background check upon hire.
