We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented person with a professional demeanor to join our Braintree, MA office as an Automotive Consultant primarily to assist with the preparation of warranty parts and labor submissions on behalf of our automotive clients. This person will support our Braintree, MA office but can work remotely from any location.

We seek an individual who has outstanding communication skills; ability to get along with all types of people and personalities; experience in multi-tasking in a fast-paced professional environment. Prior experience with Microsoft Office products, especially excel, is required. Prior experience in automotive industry and/or experience with warranty reimbursement and/or repair order review is a requirement.

How You'll Spend Your Time:

Preparing warranty parts and labor calculations Comparing the excel data to PDF copies of repair orders Identifying missing repair orders within the sequence Working collaboratively with the team’s managers and partners

The Kinds of People We Want to Talk to:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required 1 – 3 years of experience working for franchised automotive, especially in the parts and service departments Team Player High attention to detail Outstanding communication skills Experience with Microsoft programs, especial with excel Willing attitude of support with other members of the Firm Maintain thorough communication with team leaders Be able to be self-accountable to fulfill deadlines timely
