PDI Technician

Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician

Position Summary:

Performance Expectations:

· Perform .

· Track and document material usage . parts inventory.

· Ensure that all necessary paperwork / systems entry is complete and accurate.

· Ensure that all equipment is prepped, cleaned and ready for shipment.

· Carry-out paint touch-up as and when required.

· Maintain a safe work area, ensuring proper clean up after inspections are complete.

Credentials:

· Evidence of technical training in a mechanical field would be an advantage.

· The successful candidate would need to gain a license or certification to operate a Forklift and Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) equipment.

· Supply their own hand tools. Specialized tools will be supplied.

· Bilingual (English & Spanish) is an advantage.

Desired Characteristics:

· Will be organized and detail oriented.

· The ability to read drawings to perform minor repairs is preferred.

· Must work efficiently, safely, either independently or with a team.

· Must have strong communication skills.

· Must have computer experience . work with Microsoft products.

· Is self-motivated to complete the required daily tasks within the specified deadlines.

· Has the ability to continuously learn on the job.
