Initial & Resumption of Care weekday visit rate: $73 / visit

Initial & Resumption of Care weekend/holiday visit rate: $85 / visit

Ortho Weekend/Holiday visit rate: $70 / visit

Revisit daily rate: $68 / visit

In-Service Orientation daily rate: $250 / day

Responsibilities:

MJHS Home Care provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, patients can recover in the familiar surroundings of their home.

How can an Occupational Therapist (OT) thrive on independence and also be the quintessential team player?

If that describes you, then all you need is the right opportunity to do both—with the autonomy to do your job as you see fit, independently, while also being part of a team as dedicated to patient care as you are.

You will schedule independent home visits to screen and treat your patients and continually reevaluate and document their progress You will have a rare degree of flexibility to spend the time you need with each patient

Qualifications:

Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institute of learning Registered and licensed as an OT in NYS Minimum of one-year experience in providing therapy treatments in a health care setting Home Care experience highly preferred Valid Driver License and Car
