Starting Pay: $15.00 - $16 Based on Experience

Our team is looking for another member in maintenance.  Is that you?

It is if you:

• are able to perform household repairs - change light bulbs, put in new fixtures.  

• have basic HVAC knowledge

• flexible concerning daily tasks

• have strong communication skills

• have a good driving record

• minor vehicle maintenance knowledge

• assist in daily driving duties (loading and unloading lift vans)

• lift 50 pounds

• ability to bend, squat, stoop, stand, and sit repeatedly
