Overview 
The Office Manager primarily assists Remarcable’s Operations team by handling day-to-day accounts receivable and collections needs. They will also provide occasional administrative and human resource assistance. Reporting to the CFO, the role will be in-person at our office in Omaha, with the possibility of a 1 day a week from home hybrid arrangement once probation is completed. 
 
Accounts Receivable, Collections, & Billing (70%) 

  • Manage Accounts Receivable, including generating invoices and following up on outstanding balances. 
  • Oversee Collections, contacting clients to ensure timely payments and resolving any billing discrepancies. 
  • Process customer billing accurately and on time, including recurring and ad hoc invoices. 
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to address billing issues and resolve disputes. 
  • Process accounts payable. 
 
Office Management (15%) 

  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and equipment maintenance to ensure a well-organized and functional workspace. 
  • Coordinate internal communications and act as a central point of contact for team members and external partners. 
  • Maintain filing systems and handle general administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations. 
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including retrieving mail from PO box. 
 
Human Resources (15%) 

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records, and payroll coordination.  
 
Who You Are 

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably within an IT, SaaS, or tech environment. 
  • Strong background in accounting, with experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Sales Tax, and Bookkeeping. 
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). 
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and reporting.

Salary Range Disclaimer 
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcable’s total compensation package for employees. Other components may include: PTO, Medical, and a Bonus plan.
