15+ years of experience in hydraulic transient engineering/analysis. 20+ years preferred.  5+ years of experience serving as project manager,  Experience in water/wastewater industry is required; oil and gas industry experience is a plus. Education - degree in Engineering (minimum); in Engineering (preferred).  Excellent communication skills – both technical writing and oral.  Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a project team and oversee excellent quality of work. Commitment to technical excellence and the continuous professional development of self and responsible support staff. Professional Engineer license and the ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months is required.
