Manager, Cath Lab-(2400021A)

Description

The Cath Lab Manager oversees operational activities, resource management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance in the department. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, coordinating information systems, managing equipment and supplies, analyzing financial and quality measures, budget development, billing oversight, and compliance with legal and accreditation standards. Additionally, they collaborate with the business manager and other departments, and perform duties in alignment with Tampa General Healthcare's mission, vision, and values.

Qualifications

Five (5) years experience in a progressive Cardiac Cath Lab environment with a structural heart program. 

Technical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

·Proficient in academic and hospital research methodologies.

·Demonstrates the ability to carry out detailed written and verbal insutructions independently. 

·Ability to lead and contribute to cardiac care team effectively. 

·Ability to stay updated on advancements in cardiac practices and technologies. 

·Proficient in the use of MS Office and other systems and programs. 

·Oversee 24/7 operations of 5 Cath Lab rooms with a structural heart program. 

·Ensure team and physician engagement for smooth operations. 

·Maintain high quality and safety outcomes. 

·Develop new strategic programs through operations capital request. 

·Lead implementation and training initiatives. 

·Contribute to the implementation of the 5-year plan.
