As an Installer, you will Install and remove washers and dryers in apartment complexes, condominium complexes, and customer’s homes. You will also clean the laundry rooms, washer, dryers and performs light service work. An ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working independently and has a very strong mechanical aptitude.Estimated Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, location, and responsibilities.
What you will do:
Secures washers and dryers with pads and straps to avoid damage to machines during transport. Connects and disconnects fill and drain hoses from washers. Builds exhaust vents using sheet metal, when necessary. Connects exhaust vents and gas lines to dryers. Performs minor plumbing and electrical work. Reports necessary work to be done by skilled service technician.What we are looking for:
Good driving record. Customer service skills Must be mechanically inclined and be adept at using hand tools (willing to train right candidate). Some mechanical experience desirable. Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally move 200 pounds or more with a dolly/hand truck.Here's a little bit about us:
