We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to assist in managing and maintaining overall housekeeping department operations. The Executive Housekeeper provides supervision and direction for all housekeeping activities of the hotel to ensure the highest levels of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained. Duties include but are not limited to:

Communicate effectively to housekeeping staff

Make housekeeping boards for staff, inspect all rooms that have been cleaned/serviced

Complete daily checklist that outlines job duties

Manage finances of housekeeping and laundry operations

Make weekly schedule

Weekly inventory counts on in room supplies, cleaning supplies and laundry supplies

Inventories of all linen will be performed monthly

Adhere to all Hilton / Musselman standards and policies

Perform other job duties as assigned

Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile each and every day.

Fundamental Requirements

Prior experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisor are required for this position, one or more years in one of those roles. To be successful, you will need basic English communication skills. This job requires standing and walking 100% of the time, regularly bending, pushing, pulling, carrying, and the ability to perform repetitive motions for the entire shift. This job requires you to be able to push, pull, or lift a maximum of 50lbs. This job requires the use of computers through out each day.
