Position Details

The Gogebic-Ontonagon Intermediate School District (GOISD) seeks applicants for a Director of Instructional Services position. The Director will be a member of the Educational Services Department and must be a dynamic leader willing to understand and achieve the GOISDs mission and vision. The Gogebic-Ontonagon ISD serves six local school districts and one private parochial school. The GOISD has strong partnerships with Gogebic Community College, Northern Michigan University, and other public and private entities in the Western Upper Peninsula. Dont just work here; live here The Gogebic-Ontonagon ISD is an educational service agency that provides Career and Technical Education, Early Childhood Education, General Education, Special Education, and Business Services to six school districts in Michigans Western Upper Peninsula. We operate an Early Childhood Center and partner with our local community college to provide an Early College program and dual enrollment courses. Opportunities for outdoor enthusiasts are abundant. Our communities are near Lake Superior and the Porcupine Mountains, and cultural venues are nearby.
