What you will be doing... Your IMPACT  

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on marine vessels, engines, and equipment, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues on engines, propulsion systems, hydraulics, and other marine equipment. Utilize welding, machining, and fabrication skills to repair or fabricate parts as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and the team. Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities.

What we are looking for...

You will need to have:

5 + years mechanical maintenance experience and repairs of associated equipment. Must meet ACBL physical examination requirements. Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Must possess and maintain an active TWIC. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license. Must live within reasonable driving distance of assigned location. Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Commitment to safety and environmental standards.

Even better if you have:

Prior towboat troubleshooting and repair experience.
