Medspa Manager for Multi-Location Medspa


Are you a dynamic and experienced leader with a passion for aesthetics and a track record of success in the medical spa industry? We are seeking a Medspa Manager to oversee operations at our two medspa locations. If you have strong project management skills, strategic vision, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee day-to-day operations at both medspa locations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage a team of staff members, including estheticians, nurses, and administrative personnel, to deliver exceptional service and patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize business performance, increase revenue, and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Collaborate with the business owner to set goals, establish performance metrics, and track progress towards key objectives.
  • Lead marketing and promotional efforts to drive client acquisition and retention, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, where team members are empowered to excel and contribute to the success of the business.

Qualifications:


  • Prior experience in a medical setting REQUIRED  preferably in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic.
  • Passion for aesthetics and a deep understanding of the medspa industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex initiatives.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
