As a Family Therapist at VPI, you will work closely with youth, their families, and the clinical team to provide essential support and therapy. Responsibilities: full job description available at time of interview. Provide family therapy tailored to the needs of assigned youth. Collaborate as a member of an integrated clinical team. Assist parents in understanding and responding to youth through a trauma-informed lens. Participate in permanency and discharge planning. Maintain confidentiality of information within the VPI program. Attend weekly clinical team meetings and pursue professional growth opportunities. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Requirements: Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field. Experience working with traumatized children and/or adolescents. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Valid driver's license preferred and must be + years of age.
