Co-Op Program:

Since 2014, the McWane Ductile Ohio Co-Op program has filled over 40 positions in the last 5 Years, and 8 Co-Ops have accepted full-time positions. In addition, there are also possible full-time opportunities with other McWane Divisions throughout the US, and globally as well.

Students in our Co-Op program will gain valuable hands-on experience in all facets of manufacturing and operations in a Foundry Environment. The program fosters personal development, and you will learn about leadership competencies through training, networking, and coaching. A blend of On-The-Floor and In-Office work assignments will help the applicant develop a wide range of experiences in:

Project Management - where you lead and see projects through to completion. Problem Solving – define problems, determine cause, and develop and implement solutions. Real world challenges that all businesses face and are important to understand. Interacting across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Take part in the preparation and procedure of year-end physical inventory for finishing goods and Storeroom items. Assist in Storeroom relocation and data entry for new system Review and adjust our Train the Trainer tools that include odd or infrequent procedures for the Inventory Control team to review on a regular basis Review and audit Import Log records. Analyze and make comparisons year over year. Work with our international suppliers to make sure our HTS codes/duty fees are accurate. Data entry with Inventory Control metrics

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Pursuing AS/ BS in Supply Chain, Process Engineering, Logistics/Management, Procurement, or Business Management. Minimum of 1 year completed.
