At Endeavor HCBS, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to lead an enriching and fulfilling life. As an Autism Caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals on the Autism spectrum, helping them achieve their goals, gain independence, and participate in their communities. We're seeking reliable, motivated, and compassionate individuals to fill our Evening and Weekend shifts at a starting wage of $18.50/hr.

What You'll Do
As an Autism Caregiver, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Support individuals with Autism in developing life skills, managing routines, and achieving personal goals.
  • Foster a positive, encouraging environment through active listening and thoughtful engagement.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and participation in community activities.
  • Implement behavior support plans and therapeutic strategies in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
  • Provide transportation and support for recreational activities or appointments as needed.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships through consistency, empathy, and effective communication.

  • A positive and patient attitude with a strong desire to make a difference.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (some roles may require transportation for clients).
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.
