The Job
Located in Riverside, we are an online retailer of all things bike – mountain, road, e-bike, you name it. Our product offering makes for a unique work environment as there isn’t a warehouse like ours in the area. Many of our team members are avid riders, and while it isn’t a requirement for the job, you just might end up on a bike. You can expect an easy-going, welcoming and flexible atmosphere with good people.
The Warehouse Associate Returns I has the important role of processing our customer’s returns. The individual in this role must be able to process returns in a timely and efficient manner.

Compensation: Starts at $ Medical Insurance : 100% paid employee only, no cost to you. If you have other qualifying coverage, you may receive a $150 monthly stipend . Organizes and processes returns daily. Ensures customer invoice credits are processed and completed accurately. Knowledge and skill to help build returned bikes. Determines best plan for returned product. Helps develop and maintain KPI (key performance indicators) for returns departments. Meets or exceeds productivity standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality on a consistent basis. Maintains work area and supplies in an efficient and organized manner. Abides by safety policies and regulations. Communicates effectively. Assists in other departments as needed. Provides an environment of support and teamwork to achieve common goals within the Operations Department. Aides in the development of new procedures and processes related to the operations department. Brings energy, enthusiasm, positive attitude, and commitement to the role. Other duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills. Basic math and reading skills. Bike knowledge and ability to build a bike is a plus. Ability to work well with others or individually. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Prior experience in a warehouse or receiving environment is preferred but not required. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if needed. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and inventory management software.Physical Demands
