Resource Planning Manager

The Resource Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of Just Evotec Bioloigcs resourcing systems and will drive the operational efficiency across all functional areas at Just-Evotec. This position involves collaborating with functional areas to establish and align Just’s resources with its overall business objectives. The Resource Planning Manager ensures that Just-Evotec's resourcing systems and processes are robust, scalable, and contribute to achieving key performance indicators. This position involves overseeing the identification, implementation, maintenance, integration and improvement of resource management tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Aid in the planning of resources for manufacturing, Process Design and other functions as needed at Just-Evotec Responsible for hours tracking and oversight in alignment with budgeted resources Create dashboards and other tracking information as needed for senior management Develop streamlined processes for resource deployment, scheduling both human capital and physical resources Develop user requirements for new resource planning tool Explore existing resource management tools and, working with team of stakeholders, lead the selection, implementation and integration of resource management software to support Just – Evotec’s business needs Gather metrics from previous projects to determine appropriate future resourcing allocations to implement into resource management tool. Post-implementation, monitor resource management tool against user requirements to ensure business needs are being met

Requirements:

Previous resource or operations planning experience Experience working with cross-functional teams in process development, manufacturing, quality and others Basic knowledge of resource planning software Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate clearly to multiple audiences at a high level Strong meeting facilitation skills

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be $95,000 to $115,000; Base salary offered may vary depending on individual’s skills, experience and competitive market value. Additional total rewards include discretionary annual bonus, comprehensive benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, short-term and long-term disability, company paid basic life insurance, 401k company match, flexible work, generous paid time off and paid holiday, wellness and transportation benefits.
