We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business System Analyst - Business Systems who is searching to do what they'll love - working on integrations of SaaS applications Do you have experience working with Business Stakeholders to implement SaaS solutions? The qualified Sr. Business System Analyst has at least 5 years of SaaS implementations experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science is strongly preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA.The Sr. Business System Analyst is responsible for: Demonstrate strategic agility in understanding business requirements and translating them into solution proposals, including custom development projects and/or industry-standard solutions.  Build trust and demonstrate integrity with business partners by regularly checking-in and anticipating their needs. Manage and measure software development and implementations - including directing and validating development, communicating with stakeholders, preparing rollout schedules and validating releases. Prepare project plans and provide project statuses. Provide technical support by responding to inquiries, running incidents, and escalations. Working collaboratively with other departments. The Sr. Business System Analyst has: 5+ years of experience working in a variety of SaaS solutions in a Systems Analyst capacity. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or relevant experience. Experience communicating technical solutions to non-technical end-users. Experience working with SaaS partners specifically in Human Resources and/or Marketing. Strong Analytics experience - Google Analytics / Adobe Analytics). Ability to juggle multiple projects with a variety of stakeholders with varying deadlines.
