Responsibilities

: Manages drivers during extended coverage shifts by communicating with a high level of integrity both internally and externally.  Accurately enters data into company computer systems. Resolves problems utilizing available resources in a quick and efficient manner. When appropriate, escalates situations as needed. Works with team members to solve problems. Provides clear work instructions to drivers. Ability to successfully handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Strong customer service skills. Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
