As an HVAC Install Coordinator, you are a key member of the team and represent Aire Serv for our HVAC installations. Exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and enjoys helping people. Someone who is driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the scheduling of HVAC installations, including permitting and inspections.
  • Ensure timely confirmation of appointments with customers and conduct follow-up calls.
  • Prepare and review purchase orders for equipment and material for the job.
  • Place orders for equipment and materials required for installations.
  • Register equipment for homeowners and maintain accurate records.
  • Update and maintain the installation schedule, providing updates to customers regarding arrival times.
  • Manage follow-up and closure of inspections, as well as follow-up on outstanding permits.
  • Assign and dispatch install warranties and conduct follow-up calls post-installation.
  • Contact customers with next-day installations for updates and reminders.
  • Provide backup customer service support and assist other team members as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, copying, and preparing job packets.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Office and Excel for data entry and organization.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions


Job Requirements:

  • Team player who can work independently
  • General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office

  • Must be able to pass a background check
