Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintaining a neat and clean appearance of the Casino property by painting and performing touch-up painting.
  • Assisting other Maintainers as directed.

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Quality of work should have no runs or drips.
  • Must be able to work from ladders and scaffolds.
  • Perform duties with little or no supervision.
  • Must have previous knowledge of painting and painting materials.
  • Must have previous knowledge of stain application.
  • Use paint brushes, rollers, sprayer when necessary.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience.
  • Minimum of two years of full-time painting experience.
