DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Tinter is responsible for applying the correct colors into the molds using tools such as brushes and paint sprayers.

Ability to memorize color formulas and color patterns Will need to assist more than one line if needed Ability to spray the paint on the molds Ability to brush molds accurately and consistently Be able to work at a fast pace.  Able to stand the duration of your shift Ability to lift up to 75 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist Ability to work independently and in a team environment Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled manufacturing environment

Working Conditions

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounter while performing the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodations While performing the duties of the job, the associate is regularly required to stand  The associate is required to walk: reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; turning or twisting; pushing; and talk or hear While performing the duties of this job, the average plant temperature conditions range from 60° in the cooler months and up to 110° during the warmer months All workstations on the plant floor require the use of protective eyewear and hearing protection; some work stations require additional safety equipment to include but not limited to gloves, aprons and arm guards

Education 

High Diploma or equivalent experience  At least 18 years of age

Experience

Minimum of 6 months in a Manufacturing Environment

Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of basic preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation required Knowledge of basic carpentry and tooling Must have excellent mechanical aptitude. Basic computer skills also required
