**Description:**

Soliant Education is currently seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a rewarding opportunity in Brentwood, CA. This position offers the chance to work with high school students with high-intensity needs, making a meaningful impact on their lives. Join our team and help create a supportive learning environment where every student can thrive.

**Responsibilities:**

- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Provide direct behavioral support to high school students with intense needs, including implementing strategies to address challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other members of the educational team to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions.
- Collect and record data on student progress towards behavioral goals, and communicate findings to the supervising BCBA.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Requirements:**

- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) / Safety Training certification is a significant plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of certified experience as an RBT.
- Experience working in a high school setting is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively manage challenging behaviors.
