Starting at $15.40 per hour, dependent on experience, this position offers competitive pay for both entry-level candidates and those with prior security and/or first responder experience. Your role as a Security Officer part time

As a Full-Time Security Officer at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of ensuring the safety and security of our residents, facility, staff, and property. Working closely with our nursing staff, you will serve as a first responder during emergency incidents involving our residents, providing immediate assistance and support. Your vigilant presence and quick action will be pivotal in safeguarding the well-being of those in our care, reflecting our core values of safety and customer-centricity. What we're looking for in a Security Officer part time

To excel as a Full-Time Security Officer at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, candidates must possess a range of essential skills and capabilities. Proficiency in utilizing first responder tools and software to swiftly and effectively address emergency situations is crucial. The ability to diligently patrol the facility and premises, ensuring comprehensive security coverage, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate keen attention to detail in monitoring physical safety and protection measures to preempt potential risks. Strong written communication skills are necessary for preparing detailed incident reports accurately.

Additionally, the capacity to identify and report maintenance issues promptly, while taking proactive steps to rectify safety hazards, is vital for maintaining a secure environment at all times.
