Akerman LLP, a top 100 U.S. law firm serving clients across the Americas, has an excellent opportunity for a Document Support Coordinator in our Fort Lauderdale office.
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining file organization Record management File inventory Scanning documents Downloading documents from Outlook Handling service notices from the court Preparing forms and correspondence Searching in databases for information and/or records Administrative duties as neededThis position requires a high attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills. A minimum of two (2) years of document maintenance experience in a legal professional services environment is preferred. Additional requirements include proficient knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel along with PDF programs. Applicants must have the ability and willingness to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines.
